Oscar nominee Ellen Page and Irish actor Cillian Murphy are set to star in the psychological thriller “Peacock.” The film is about a man with a split personality (Murphy) who fools the town into believing that his two alter-egos are man and wife. Ellen Page will play a struggling young mother who sparks a battle between the personalities.

Be sure to set your Tivo’s because Ellen Page has two high-profile TV appearances upcoming: Barbara Walters’ annual Oscar night special and Saturday Night Live. The Oscar special will air Sunday before the Oscars and Page talks among other things the making of Juno and her sudden explosion of fame. Ellen will also be the first post-strike host for SNL when the show returns March 1.

“They’re really beautiful creatures. Like profoundly beautiful,” she says. “Vampire bats are so sweet and they take in bat orphans. And they remember favours and they repay favours.”

Juno star Ellen Page will star in Drag Me to Hell and will be directed by Sam Raimi, his first directorial outing since “Spider-Man 3.” Page will follow up Drag Me to Hell with Whip It which is Drew Barrymore’s first directing gig.
